Hotels near Plaza Insurgentes Shopping Center

"The hotel has great location, but needs to better manage the some details. The towels were rough and old, room is clean and functional, the rooftop swimming pools are nice but we’re not warm enough. Considering the price and location, I may choose it for future stay. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located and safe - it was just around the block from the artisan market, tacqueria orinoco and a couple nice breakfast spots which I walked to daily. It was also close to a club I went to when Yellowclaw played. It is also close to the Angel of Independence so the transportation for the hot air balloon tour was able to pick me up. The staff is very polite and I want to mention Isaac who helped me with my bags when I first got there. I would say that the walls are very thin and you can hear even when the water is running in the other room lol but it didn’t bother me much. My room was by the street side and it can get loud at night so if this bothers you, probably request a room on the quieter side. Overall I would stay here again!"

"The property is clean. we wanted a two bedroom suite. This really served our purpose. The small kitchen was really helpful to prepare simple stuff. Overall had a good stay. Price I feel is little expensive for Mexico city. "

"The location is GREAT! It is very central, but also on a quieter street so it is the best of both worlds. The staff were all very helpful and it was easy to store luggage there if you have a late flight. Everything is fairly new so it was very clean and comfortable. I have travelled a lot and this property hit a lot of high notes. Nothing was of concern. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Two criticisms: 1) the bed was uncomfortable; too soft and the sheets were not tucked (maybe they were too small for the mattress?) 2) It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, other than the desk chair. As it was the only comfortable place was lying in bed. Two compliments: 1) housekeeping was very efficient and kept us well stocked in water bottles and clean towels. 2) front of house staff were very helpful (concierge, bell staff..)"
