"I was meant to stay 5 nights but left after one. The rooms are unfortunately very unclean. Stains all over bathroom walls and mold through out the room. The bedding had stains as well which shows signs that it was not changed. There were peoples hair on the pillow and did not smell clean. Needless to say I had to sleep on top of the bed. I was shown another room by the kind employee but it was same or worse. The AC did not work in the room at all. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here because of these factors. On pictures it looks really nice and the amenities look great but I’d take a clean room over amenities any day. Location was also nice enough. On a quiet street that’s very walkable. And again the employees were kind and respectful but the space is run down and couldn’t manage to stay another hour."

"The staff was amazing. However the hotel IS NOT a 3 stars as it’s offered in Booking and Hotels.com. It has no stars denomination. The place was dirty and the towels and sheets were ripped. There was not a place to get coffee or tea and I was glad a restaurant near by lent me a cup so I could have am water warm at the microwave in the lobby after requesting the staff for help. The staff is amazing but that’s about it. "

"It’s run more like a BnB. No daily housekeeping but staff always around if you Need something. Loved having the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Walkable to so many Restaurants and bars. The parks and museums."
