"The staff was amazing. However the hotel IS NOT a 3 stars as it’s offered in Booking and Hotels.com. It has no stars denomination. The place was dirty and the towels and sheets were ripped. There was not a place to get coffee or tea and I was glad a restaurant near by lent me a cup so I could have am water warm at the microwave in the lobby after requesting the staff for help. The staff is amazing but that’s about it. "

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can find restaurants, bar, theatre and parks very close by. Love the hotel, it has a rooftop pool, a gym and two restaurants. The staff is very attentive and polite. Main attractions are in walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. "It’s run more like a BnB. No daily housekeeping but staff always around if you Need something. Loved having the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Walkable to so many Restaurants and bars. The parks and museums."
