"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. "Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people."

"Lovely boutique hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet street but not far at all from all the main busy parts of Roma Norte and Condensa so could have a restful sleep without being too far from the action. Would definitely stay here again! ¡Muchas gracias!"
