"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"This hotel had an incredible view. There isn’t much there, everything is far and it is up a very big climb. The incredible view does make the climb and inconvenience worth it though. Nobody really talked to me there, my room was ok but in need of some repairs. I don’t think it was worth the money paid to stay here. This place could be beautiful if the owners would put in the necessary work. Has so much potential and I can’t say enough about the view. I watched an incredible sunset while visiting...

"Loved my stay here! Gorgeous view and good value for the price. I found it very walkable despite being on a slight hill (better view that way) and I had a good time here. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was that one morning the water was unexpectedly not running and I had to skip a shower. I forgot to ask why and never got an explanation. The breakfast was pretty okay but the coffee was very bad. The hairdryer didn’t work in my bathroom. Overall I would totally stay here again...

"It was a Great price for a room but the breakfast was limited and that you can t take the Pool towells to beach so you are forcé to buy them at the store. "

"A hospedagem, no geral, foi muito boa. A funcionária Ciana sempre muito agradável e prestativa. Local limpo e piscina ótima. O café da manhã está disponível a partir das 8:30h, na minha opinião, o café da manhã sai muito tarde para uma cidade turística, onde se tem várias opções de passeios que saem cedo. A minha única insatisfação foi justamente nessa parte, em que eles até fazem café mais cedo quando solicitado, mas não parecem muito satisfeitos em fazer isso. Não tive uma boa experiência...

"Bucaneiro is centrally located so you can easily walk to downtown to the east and also to Praia do Forno, Praia Brava, and Rocka restaurant. The bathroom is quite small but there was enough space in the room for our luggage. Only 1 person on staff really understood English but he helped us with our bags up to the room and showed us around the property. "Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing. But the best part was the staff: Leo, Denis, and Sabrina were always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly hope to come back soon."
