"The staff is rude, the alarm in the room didn’t work and trigger in the night and 8 am when my kids were sleeping, they tried to get in at that time to work on that and at the check out they tried to charge us 350 usd saying we smoke in the room, definitely the worst scam hotel "

"Habitación sucia, almohada manchada como de vino o sangre ,el baño estaba sucio no lo lavaron y había una popo ahí que no se fue al descargar el agua, cuando llegueo reporte pero solo me dijeron que lo iban pasar al área correspondiente, solicite canbio de habitación y nada, me salí un día antes dejé una no he pagada sin usarla, ya no quise quedarme x lo sucio que estaba la habitación ,NO LA RECOMENDARIA "
