"This hotel presents very well and is in a good location opposite a largish suburban park. The room was lovely and very well presented. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only issues with this hotel is the exorbitant additional charges for extras. For example I ordered room service (continental) and I was charged โ‚ฌ6 delivery fee for a โ‚ฌ20 breakfast which I would say at best was average. No spoons were provided for cereal, fruit and yogurt and no tea spoon (perhaps I was expected to use the one in the room! Addis ally the only condiments I was provided for my toast was a pot of tomato ketchup, a pot of mayonnaise and a pot of honey (thank goodness). For โ‚ฌ20 you would expect a reasonable breakfast from Hilton. The hotel does not provide password protected WIFI which I think is very poor especially when travelling. I was offered โ€œpremiumโ€ password protected WIFI for โ‚ฌ12.50 per day. And finally I checked out on 1 October and I finally received my room deposit refund today 6 October. Apparently this was due to a technical hitch! Would I stay here again, probably not. The room was perfect but the Hilton service and extras were way off the pace compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. Disappointing!"

"I recently spent two weeks at the Swissรดtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience. The Pros: * Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town. * Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. * Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection. The Cons: * The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some. * The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees. Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it."

"New modern high floor to ceiling windows, bright and spacious, comfortable clean beds in a great location with easy 100% electronic only access into building lacking human touch, no presence of anyone. Kitchen is limited with awkward microwave/oven as one appliance very low to the floor lacking some regular kitchen supplies but all very new and clean. Bathrooms are large and spacious, shower is missing a safety handle bar on wet floor."
