"The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of LA. It has that feeling of old fashion grandeur without being out of date. Room service food was amazing for room service food, though a bit pricey. Wonderful staff at check in and valet parking. No pressure to tip but I did because it was well deserved. Pet friendly. Wonderful five star luxury!"

The rooms were ok and more of a 2.5-3 star rating hotel, based on the decor and interior of the room. There was a shower curtain instead of a glass door if that’s any indication.
