Property is pretty basic, but clean - large rooms. Staff was friendly. Parking was very easy. The only negative is that it's not really within (easy) walking distance of the downtown area.

We arrived late night and front desk staff was quick and attentive. Requested extra towels and toilet paper and they were promptly provided. The room was huge, clean (verified with UV light), toiletries were available and in good amounts. Bed was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our brief stay but will be back.

Don’t trust high rating. Disappointing.
Hyped up reviews. Should have a 6.5-7 rating, nowhere near above 8! An average (mediocre) budget motel with dated spartan interior, unpleasant, very thin towels, patched up holes in a wall, and spots/stains of unknown provenance on sheets and blankets. Three of us were very disappointed in our experience here, and found many other, exceedingly better options in the area on this trip, and with breakfast, for much less money.

This was a no-frills motel, but the room was very clean and spacious. The service was good: When we asked for an extra blanket, it was promptly delivered.

Ok but not worth the price
The bathroom smelled funny and there was definitely some damage around the tub/shower that looked a little mildewy. In the sink there was old crusty spit (literally like phlegm) that had dried up in the bowl and hadn't been scraped off, which grossed me out.

Good value stay!
The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Was just staying for a night to go see Sensorio, so it was a great value for the money for an overnight stay!

It’s fine.
Check in was easy. Friendly and very polite staff. Quiet location. But this is a very basic motel. It does not match the “8.6” on Hotels.com. The room amenities are basic and the linens, especially the towels, are terrible. I will look elsewhere on my next trip.

We got a really friendly reception. We asked for more towels and extra blankets and got them quickly. The attendant made sure we were all set before finishing up for the day.

This is our second stay at this property. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is super friendly. It is a short Ride Share or car ride to everything. I will stay here every time I am in Paso Robles. Hands down, best value for the money.

The sign mentioned "newly refurbished rooms". This looked to be correct and the remodel was done well. Rooms were very big but motel/hotel standards. Property was clean. Pool looked inviting although we didn't have time to use it. Manager was friendly. The only problem was the price. We decided to stay in Paso Robles a second night and found another hotel of similar quality for 1/2 the price.
