"Nice heated pool, excellent staff and very great breakfast"

"The property is aging and lack of maintenance"

"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

"Proximity to shopping mall Staff friendly and helpful Parking availability This is second time in two months that i chose this place… real value for money you pay"

"Big room, comfortable for a family of 4. Nice selection of items for breakfast."

"Was ok"

"After being upgraded to a suite because our first room was filthy and no housekeeping was done, the next room wasn't much better. Stains everywhere and very poor standard of cleanliness. Shower curtain very mouldy. Lots of stains from where people throw rubbish into the bin and hits the cupboard and wall. "

"I am not sure if the hotel is a budget one. Very Small tv. Room lights are very very dim, i dont understand why cant it be brighter? Comforter doesnt change at all only bedsheets changed and that we have to inform to get it done. Breakfast spread very very limited. However, service was tiptop very nice hotel crews."
