The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. The front desk was also exceptionally attentive and personalized in its service - would like to highlight Winnie. Staying there again every time I am back in Bandung! "

"The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful. Always greet with pure smile. Same goes to the front desk staff. Great services, guys. Would like to stay here again in future but hopefully by then the hotel rooms are better. (refurbished done). "

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed for a night. I will come back and stay longer next time. "
