"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night.
