"The location of the hotel is close to touristic places such as Taksim, Eminonu and Balat and very close to public transportation stations. Two minutes from the beach. There is parking and it is free, which is perfect, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony was full, it has a very nice view, I hope I will choose the room with the balcony next time."

"We recently stayed at Carina Gold Hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent, with rooms that were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in.
The reception staff truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist and guided us in the right way without ever pressuring us into hotel-related packages. Instead, they genuinely helped with arranging shopping trips, recommending quality restaurants, suggesting popular tourist attractions, and even organizing taxis for local travel and airport transfers.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, giving us the perfect start to our mornings.

"Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything.

"I’m not going to share too much about my own experience since everyone’s will be different. The hotel is in a fantastic location—less than five minutes from a beautiful grand masjid, right next to the spice bazaar, with the Bosporus river and tram connection just around the corner (5/10 mins), plus plenty of food and shops nearby (perfect!). Hop on the tram and within three stops you’re right outside the Blue Mosque.
The hotel room itself looked a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. In one of our rooms the Wi-Fi was very weak, though in the other room it worked just fine. On the positive side, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef, along with all the staff, was extremely hospitable."
