Booked 2 superior rooms via Expedia mobile app 2 weeks before the trip, received email from Expedia stating everything is confirmed and no need to call hotel for confirmation. The app or the hotel website do not offer special request such as double bed or twin bed although email from Expedia stated special request can be access from the given link/website. At the end, I got to search for the hotel email to request for bed type and connecting room or side by side room as we are travelling with children. But the email response from hotel was slow, and simply responded with a statement of "No Connecting room", I replied to ask side by side or opposite room, but no response thereafter!
When checked-in, the front desk officer could not find my booking, only after more than 30 mins they found it ! what a service level.
The hotel room quality is satisfactory, but if you don't like to stand on the bath tub with a shower curtain to shower, then this is not the room for you.
Breakfast - very little choice, good thing is you can order for Cappucino or Latte. It is over price, about 600B for adult and 400B for children.
