Loved the concept of serving Beers/ wine as drinks on arrival never saw it any other hotel in Asia. Beautiful pool and cheap drinks by the bar. Fah at Breakfast was very helpful and smiling , they offer Select Guests choice of additional dishes from Breakfast menu. Turn down service with chocolates at the rate I paid is impressive- maybe Hotels in Thailand strive a lot to make people happy. The bed and pillows ere best- staff informed they were used by all reputed brand hotels.

Nice room and value
Needed a place last minute, and Citrus was available. Took a chance and it worked out great. What you want to know; bed was comfy, room clean, customer service great, price was great (4 bits), and room was modern. Its definitely a four star room. I will stay there again. Also, they gave me late check out upon request and the TV seemed great, but didnt watch so dont know channel selections.

Absolute waste of money & pathetic hotel! So hotel did not gave us room till 5.00 PM - they said rooms are not clean and we had to wait for 2 hours. Rooms were very small, Bathroom were stinking. Last night of our stay - AC broke down from 3.00 AM to 11.00 AM - we had to sit in balcony entire night. Location of hotel was pathetic - not recommended for couple or family, by 10.00 PM the area was mini walking street. Hotel did not arrange bell boy to pick up luggage and swimming pool was very small and untidy.

Location: Excellent! Very close to everything but not in the Chaos Room: Excellent Front Desk Staff: Excellent, particularly the India National staff member who was super helpful (can't remember her name sorry) Breakfast buffet: Average at best and caters to Indians; do not eat from the buffet!! you should order from the menu as the Indian guests use their hands to take food from the buffet even though signs are posted, very unhealthy and disgusting. Pool: Awesome and not busy as most guests are Chinese or Indian and they do not utilise the pool, generally speaking Pool Service: TERRIBLE, just bring outside food and drink and ignore the signs like everyone else as the service is brutal!! Guest Rule: AMAZING! They allow guests and they check in with you to make sure the guest did not do anything untoward before allowing the guests to leave the hotel. This is reason enough to stay here. Overall: I would not return to this hotel but it was worth the money for my 4 Nights in Pattaya

Good Hotel but honestly time has caught up with this hotel, felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel in the 90's. Don't expect anything spectacular, but the best part of the hotel is the it is just a 5 mins walk from the Walking street.

Close to walking street, no fee for daily visitors which you might have with many other hotels . Good breakfast and nice staff! Most definitely worth the price! Have stayed there 3 times now!

5 minutes from walking street (if you learn the multiple short cuts). Heard check in was going to take long from the other reviews and I got inat 3 am and was tired., but to my surprise they checked me in in less than two minutes. Rooms were great for the money but I would not agree about the rating of this hotel being a 5 star place more like 4 stars. Bottom line, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, centrally located but not a place to take your girlfriend and wow her socks off.. Overall a good experience!

Great hotel at good price!
The hotel is at a very good location, easily access to beaches, both Jomtien and Pattaya beach. Plenty of good restaurants around, especially Indian food restaurants. Away from the hustle and bustle of walking street. Great pool and common areas, rooms are also very well kept.

It was not good Hotel to Stay. Reason being that Hotel did not had what they said. For Example they did not have any Spa Neither they have any Health Club. My purpose of staying at hotel was completely defeated. Rooms were 2 Small. Biggest problem was Partition between Bathroom & Room. It was not properly closed.

Nice hotel; front desk check-in/check-out process
It is a nice hotel with good amenities. However, I found the check in and check out process very slow and time consuming. Most hotels take no more than a few minutes to check you in. It was almost a 20-30 minute waiting to get checked in without a line! Not sure why that is so. The hotel needs to speed up the check in and check out process. The hotel maid keep their walkie-talkie on high volume and it is very loud when they communicate. This disturbs the sleep of the guests. After I checked into the room, I had to request that the maid clean the bathroom. The toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Other than that, I liked the hotel and will stay there again.

1박이 아쉬움이 남네요 객실및 호텔내에 수영장이 있어서 아이들과 묵어도 좋을것 같네요. 워킹스트리트와도 걸어서10분정도 거리여서 위치도 괜찬았어요. 로비와 정문이 좀 좁은게 아쉽네요. 전체적으로 괜찮았어요

시설은 새로 건축하여 좋으나, 직원들이 과로해서 그런가 청소가 잘 안됩니다.
저는 로비 옆건물에 투숙했습니다. 그담당 청소직원의 문제인지 복도가 전혀 청소가 안되었고, 숙박객실에 들어가는 순간 침대시트는 말끔히 정리되어 있었으나 바닥에 머리카락이며 먼지가 많았습니다. 화장실에는 소변자국이 그대로 있었으며 문제제기 하니 청소직원으 왔으나 냄새나는 대걸레로 대충 한번 쓱 문지르고 갈려고 하여, 화장실 이의제기 했으나 수건으로 변기를 대충 문지르더니 이제 됐냐고? 계속 물어봐서 할말이 없어서 가라고 했습니다. 이후에 신뢰가 안가 로비에 2차례에 걸쳐 청소 요구를 하였으나 오후 5시에 복귀해 보니 그대로 였습니다. 수건이 없어 샤워도 못하고 이의제기 하였더나 청소직원이 없다며 매니져에게 항의하니 나중에 해당 로비직원이 수건을 가져다 줬습니다. 시트는 정리해주겠다고 하여 로비직원이 얼마나 하겠냐 싶어 그냥 쓰레기통만 비워달라고 하였습니다. 그 해당건물 청소담당 직원이 문제였을수도 있으나 그러한 문제 해결 방식이나, 관리 체계가 이상했습니다. 로비직원들은 엉뚱한 표정이나 짓고있고 파타야 사람들 서비스 마인드고 한국과 틀린것 일수도 있습니다. 서비스를 원한다면 비싼호텔하세요...중국인이 80%, 인도인이 95%, 한국인은 저포함 2커플정도.. 제가 묵은 동만 유독 청소가 안된듯 합니다. 발리하이 리조트 걸어서 10분 이건 좋았습니다.

바닥에 머리카락이며 먼지가 가득해서 맨발로 방을 걸엇더니 먼지며 때며 다묻네요 클린룸도 해놧는데 수건도 안갈아주시네요 물조절도 상당히 어려웠습니다 위치는 만족해요 걸어서 워킹 10~15분정도

5★ではありません。3★ぐらいです。ロービーは立派ですが、とにかく部屋が汚い。ホテルをリノベーションしたのでしょう。それはしょうがないとして、壁紙もはがれていてそのまま、シャワールームもホコリとカビ、とても清掃が入ったとは思えません。部屋を変えてもらい、ちょっといい部屋にしてくれた様ですが、その部屋も壁紙がはがれていてそのまま。シャワールームも前の人の髪の毛が落ちていて、排水溝もカビだらけ。ブランドも外れて傾いているし、見ていて不快。気持ち悪い。翌日もシャワールームは掃除してなかった。ホテルが悪いのか、清掃係が手を抜いているのか、分かりませんがチップを置く気になれない。5★で料金が安い理由が分かりました。部屋を変えてもこれならたまたまではないと思う。3★と記載なら我慢で出来る。中国人が宿泊していた。とにかくうるさい。

위치가 아주 좋은편은 아니지만 썽태우 노선안에 위치해 있고, 워킹스트리트까지 걸어가기에도 무리는 없습니다. 침대가 아주아주 편안합니다. 조식은 인도음식 위주고 손님도 마찬가지입니다. 동양인은 보기 힘듭니다ㅎㅎ 근처에 마사지샵, 편의점 있습니다. 보안이 잘 되어 있습니다. 와이파이 빵빵합니다. 수영장 이용하는 사람을 못봤습니다. 수영장 사용하기에도 괜찮으실 것 같네요.

Nice staff, nice swimming pool and nice room. If you really want to reserve this hotel, I suggest that you prepare for the loud sound of staff talking and door closing. Someone said it took a long time to check-in and out, it didn’t happen on us. Check-in and out just took us for less than 10 mins. Maybe they had improved the check-in and out process.

Ein neues Hotel, an dem einiges nicht fertig ist. Es wird sehr sehr schlecht und auch nicht jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Im Bad sind überrall fremde Haare und Rostflechen. Wir mussten an manchen Tagen das Hotelpersonal ansprechen, damit unser Zimmer überhaupt aufgeräumt wird. Die Handtücher werden nicht täglich gewechselt und das Duschzubehör und das Toilettenpapier wird nicht aufgefüllt. Das Personall spricht leider kaum Englisch, dadurch entstehen leider Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Das Frühstücksbüffee ist gut und vielfälltig. Es frühstücken aber auch gleichzeitig Gruppen mit sehr vielen Indischen Touristen, die einen unmöglichen Lärmpegel produzieren, und zum Teil in das Büffee mit den bloßen Händen reingreifen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, da man innerhalb von 15 min am Peer oder am Strand ist. Das Hotel würde ich auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.
