There was noise overnight from a nightclub to the rear of the hotel so we changed room to the front and that was much better. The Reception staff were sympathetic to our request and acted on it quickly. In fact the staff were generally polite, friendly and helpful. Some guests, however, were very noisy when returning to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Perhaps the hotel could put up some signs to ask people to respect other guests ? We were very comfortable in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was relaxed, varied and plentiful The hotel had a shuttle to take guests to places locally, much appreciated.

I loved staying at this property. It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and they made checking in, out, and getting to the airport easy. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have a complaint?? You Problem - We don't care!!!
The moment an issue started at the hotel that's when the service stops. The Manager doesn't take care of the issue and doesn't contact back at the time promised - because nothing has been done. It another way to take your money by gaining time The staff are nice only if you don't complain!!! If you do - they stop being nice and become defensive and blaming!! Is this the place you want to stay for a dream holiday - I don't think so!!!!

Okay hotel with great staff.
An okay hotel, pictures look better then reality. I found the location to be inconvenient, you really need to travel by vehicle for any reasonable food and entertainment options. However, staff were amazing.

Close enough to the action, but you will need a motorbike taxi to get anywhere. There are thousands of taxis. One of the best breakfast buffet that I have come across in Thailand.

Great value for your money.
I have stayed at this hotel before because of the value you get for your money. The rooms are large, in good condition, the breakfast is excellent, and the service here is amazing.Only bad thing I can even say about this place is it is a little bit difficult to find the first time but once you are there it is a great place to stay, in a very quiet area.
