Room for improvement
I thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.

The hotel was excellent in all respects as were the lovely staff. The only issue was the noise and dust created by the road works opposite the hotel.

we have stayed here a few times and got the room we had asked for, the hotel is a little bit dated but just across the road from the beach. breakfast was good but didn't use the restaurant as the band they have was to loud to enjoy your meal or talk. fortunately the band stopped around 11.30 each night so we could sleep but often woken up by young tour groups running up the hallways and banging doors.

Shower room is a bit old. There is some stain. A facility did not work, but after informed the staff. They fixed it almost instantly and quickly. Safe is a bit small. It is near the beach, convenient store. Staff are nice.

Worth to stay
Location is lil far away from walking street but you can get on songthaw,. And close(?!) to big C mart(for me),. Swimming pool is good with leaves,. You can feel like swimming in urban jungle. But restaurant doesn’t give you discount even if you stat that resort. Breakfast is good. Not more not less,. Just good. TV is,....hmmmm you won’t stay in the resort all day? Then it would be fine. The most good thing is shower tap!!! You can feel water cutter’s pain but you will enjoy.

This was our second time at this hotel this month. We previously stayed for 10 days, and returned for 2 days before leaving Thailand. Rooms are not big, but are adequate, and have everything that is required.

Pro: great location (literally off the main road across the bridge) Con: very poorly lit room. No proper ceiling lights. Hot water only worked on occasions with both the hot and cold water pipes making a lot of noise everytime you turned it on. The air conditioning unit didn’t really work well for the room size - got quite hot in the room at times. The worst thing is the music noise from other hotels/bars which is outside of the hotel’s control but worth noting. There’s a few much larger hotels on both side which plays live music - it’s so loud that you can’t hear each other talk in the room let alone sleep. It’s fine if you’re going to be out & about until after midnight otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it as you won’t get much sleep.

The accommodation was well priced; the location on Beach Road ideal. We ate at The Red Steps Restaurant attached to the hotel & felt the prices were too high. The breakfast was very good as part of the deal. I had a couple of niggles; the car park was inadequate & involved much shifting of vehicles to allow me to leave (though a wedding may have contributed to the overcrowding.) The other thing was a heavy metal light fitting that hung down over the beds causing my companion to bash her head when getting up.

Hotel located nice in front of the beach as mentioned room with 40 % sea view and i think deluxe category would be better. Excellent buffet break fast good spread must be may be disappointing for vegetarians. Very very fast laundry service amazing to get in less than 6 hrs. But on request of late check out charges me bit more i thing almost ad day rent for 4 hrs. Good House keeping prompt and clean . they also arrange taxi to airport safe and sound can relay on them. Normally i dont prefffered to stay in same hotel in my next trip this time i will try for deluxe category.

Great location
I love this place. Clean. Getting a bit of wear and tear showing but overall still nice. Pool could be cleaned a bit more but it would be a never ending job due to the trees. I'm just being very fussy now as it is fine!!!! Great location for all activities!!! Staff are very friendly. Overall another great time had. This time I had my Mother visiting and she liked it too. View was lovely! Need ash trays for the balconies and maybe a stool to sit on. Thanks

Pleasant Stay
This is the second times we stay in the hotel, as expected, the front desk staffs were friendly and nice. we traveled in group with kids and elderly, they arranged a room near to the lift for my parent and we were grateful for that. The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable with a bath tub in it. However, the superior sea view rooms were smaller and i would recommend and will book the deluxe rooms in future. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much and we had a great time spent there. The breakfast was great and we get to enjoy the serene of the sea while we having our breakfast! got a lot of varieties too, the egg omelet, fried rice was great! We had our dinner at the restaurant too on our last night, the tom yam gong is the best we have had in our 5 days trips in Thailand. However, the hygiene of the kitchen must be highlight and be well kept by the management, we saw a lot little cockroaches running wildly in the sources tray that the staff passed to us. we were surprised and disappointed that this could happened in a resort restaurant. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the resort and definitely will come back for the stay and hope the management can improve the hygiene in their kitchen.

Nice Resort close to beach and mall
We traveled in group with young kids and elderly person, was requested a room near to lift and the hotel arranged for us. But unfortunately there are no connecting rooms for my brother whole family and they will need to stay separately for 2 rooms and there were no free upgrade or change to a bigger room for them. However, the front desk staffs were very accommodating. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool session and breakfast session, the hotel got a nice breakfast. But when we had the dinner at the hotel, and the staffs passed us the sources tray, there were many little cockroaches in the tray and we immediately put the tray aside. Hygiene matter in the kitchen is crucial and hope the hotel can work well on it.

Worst hotel I checked in
The hotel staff Is the most unmannered and inpolite , the food quality is very bad and not tasty, the room is very poor with no cupboard , we had 2 rooms one with sea view and the another normal, the normal room had very bad smell in the bathroom coming from the sewers and i told them more than one time, they are not even smiling at your face and very aggressive, I got robbed some of my coins currency in Thailand (BHT) they were around 20-50!BHT but still the concept of robbery.
