I got a standard room, a bed, a sink lees then feet, and a bathroom 1.5 feet a way where you put head down in bed. I stated, pictures are deceiving, they charged me 9000 baht upgrade, with water view, and windows was so dirty and water view was not enjoyable at all. I have all the pictures to prove. .

This place was clean enough, and had an amazing view. Huge downside was the air conditioner barley worked, and would only run if you were in the room. If you went out for an hour yoy would need to remove thw keycard from the sensor, and then you would return to a boiling hot room. We ended up switching hotels for our second night amd losing our money. It just wasn't worth being overheated. Another downside was when we arrived the lobby was FULL of toxic smoke, like a fire....

I had the deluxe side Seaview room fantastic View but the bathroom was small and the room was a little bit small, very clean, very good staff small swimming pool unfortunately and no Wi-Fi in pool area

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE unless you like staying in a closet. The room is the same size as a bed. No room for table or chairs. Bathroom is has toilet and shower in one spot, no separation.

Disappointed
The one positive thing about this hotel is its close proximity to beach road, and the shopping mall. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The customer service, cleanliness, and condition of this hotel is unsatisfactory. And to add insult to injury, there is no gym and the breakfast isn't complimentary. I honestly expected more from this hotel and was left highly disappointed.

very clean hotel in a great location and restaurant. the roof top bar and restaurant are very nice. food is good and reasonably priced. the people who work at the reception are very helpful.

Only real issue with this hotel is unfortunately the balconies face the west... so in the afternoons there is no shelter from the sun if you are having a relaxing afternoon at your room. Food was on par in price to the nicer cafes in the area if not quite of the same quality (for the same price you can get a better breakfast at Jasmin’s Cafe on Pattaya Klang if you don’t mind a 750m morning walk). Room was good and clean if a bit small for the price (I was expecting more given some of the other places I have stayed in Pattaya that were cheaper) and the location is great, away from the noisiest night life areas but close enough to walk to Soi7/8 or Soi13-1/4 if they take your fancy, close to Central Festival shopping centre and markets, across the road from the beach, plenty of restaurants on beach road to choose from.

The room was cramped, they only cleaned when requested, we ran out of toilet paper, the pool was nice though and the location was ideal. The toilet was in the shower, which was just weird.

It's not worth to stay in standard room.
Location from there is good everything is near.. just that standard room size is like a jail. There is not much space to move and the price of standard room I would honestly say is not worth the price to stay.. with the price I can find a larger and better place to stay.. staff in there is friendly..

new rooms the food was ok but over priced
The standard room was way to small with the sink in the bedroom the bathroom was so small i could hardly bend down to clean my feet i upgrade to a superior room which was fine. The internet was so slow it hardly work in the rooms

Smallest bathroom ever
Very tiny bathroom, what you'd expect on a ship. Bathroom not comfortable at all. Room was clean, balcony was useless, you have you can't see anything besides a building next to you. Only a handful of tv channels were in english, and no DVD player. Had Arabs staying above me and were yelling and screaming off the balcony, I made a complaint and nothing. I went to the front desk and physically threatened to handle it myself, then someone went up to contact them. I ended my stay earlier and moved into the sister hotel across the street, the beep blue or aqua blue hotel. It's brand new and was a beautiful hotel. I will stay here again!

Nice hotel near to beach
Pros - clean , near beach , friendly staff Cons - hotel room too small , no space even for your luggage to open up on the floor , toilet without a movable shower head which is so inconvenient when you bath and don't want your hair to get wet . Only a big rain type shower head attach on top. And toilet really too small , when u bath , all place will get wet even the toilet bowl . Imagine how small .

For right around $50usd a night I'd say it's maybe $10 a night over valued. Small rooms (20-23sqm) but that's fine for me. My main complains very bad wifi, and the room with all the lights off and curtains shut is VERY bright due to the door and window they use for bathrooms. Sink is also located outside of the bathroom IN the room. Kinda odd

If I could have given a higher rating for comfort I would have given a 10pts. I have stayed in many cities and many hotels and this by far was the most comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Smallest room it could possibly be. I thought I wouldn't mind this but when you start cutting down on washroom space for example it sacrifices certain aspects of the experience. Hot water in shower was hot but not hot enough. Staff was great and room was clean. I had a little box with an ocean view but no balcony. Overall middle of the road.

Great place to stay in Pattaya Beach
Great location, beach across the street and 20 mins from Walking Street. Or rooftop pool is good to relax and keep cool (though terrace is on the small side). Great views from the restaurant lounge. Excellent staff too...I had issues with hotels.com app, which double-booked me, but front desk worked out satisfactory arrangement so I didn't lose one night payment. Rooms are on the small side but very nice. I recommend upgrade to a Seaview room or Superior room if you want a view (standard room didn't cut it for me). I will definitely rebook Serenotel the next time I visit Pattaya.

Room is so small. This is the tinniest room I ever stayed in. Toilet and shower are together. Shower door is a foot away from the bed so you can hear your roommate doing their toilet business.

Nice hotel at Soi 10 and beach road. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. The staff were all super friendly. This area has a lot of construction going on so after 8 am expect to hear a lot of power tools etc. I only have two minor complaints. The room has no other furniture to sit on other than the bed and an old beat up desk chair. Balcony furniture is comfy. And the toilet has very little room around it. It was a little awkward to use. For a taller guy your knees are going to be up against a wall when seated.
