"Very convenient location for visits to the islands or the promenade. The ferry port is only a few minutes on foot. Big and very clean rooms and nice staff with helpful tips on restaurants and the ferry schedule. Rooms and the common area are nicely styled and very comfortable. Easy free parking in the yard. "We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information.
