O lugar é limpo, bem localizado, pertinho da Cervejaria Itaipava e Palácio de Cristal, além de restaurantes e padarias. Oferece um café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e ainda recebemos, no check-in, uma lista com sugestões de restaurantes próximos e um mapa de Petrópolis. Só não é muito silencioso por ficar próximo da via (às passam carros e motos barulhentas) e de bares bem movimentados (chegou a sair uma briga na madrugada num bar próximo, que me acordou)."
