"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern, da eingezäunt. Aber auch für jeden anderen , der einen Kurztrip nach Dresden plant. Mit Auto ca 17 Minuten bis Innenstadt, Straßenbahn Verbindung gibt es auch,aber dann längerer Fahrtweg. "
