The decoration and design were absolutely stunning—artistic, tasteful, and full of character. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back! "

"Amazing staff, so helpful and attentive. Music at the beach and pool got a little too much by the end but fine if you like a party lol. Lovely room and dining options, beach area is perfect, but the staff are what really make the whole experience amazing."

"Other than I had to climb 92 stairs to get to my room and the shower is small I liked the place. I had a great view of the water from my room. I had breakfast and dinner included with my stay. It's easy to have them call a taxi for you. They have an airport shuttle too. Right on the beach at a very reasonable price. Everyone was nice and very helpful, I travel by myself and can run into problems. I will use Umbi again next time I'm in Sharm El Sheikh"

"Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep list goes on and on i’m afraid "

"Our short stay was very lovely. Staff was wonderful, drinks in all inclusive was great, food service and options was plentiful and there’s a pool for every type of swimmer, except it was quite chilly water still! Overall a wonderful trip"

"Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one . Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also . NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL . I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff. Very bad . "We stayed for one night as we had a flight that arrived late at night. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Location is a little in the middle of nowhere, but there is a shop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room could do with a bit of modernisation but for the price we paid and for what we needed, it was fantastic and we would definitely stay again for the same purpose. We didn’t use the pool, as it was such a short trip. However, we did see it being cleaned early in the morning and it looked nice enough."
