So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically."

"I loved the beach and the pool, also all the staff was very helpful from the minute we walked in to check out until the minute we checked out, everyone was very helpful Out male room attendant was very good and had everything done for us H was very respectful and did out room great! "I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "

"We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level"

"Grand oasis is perfect hotel-coming 2 times here already.good beach,normal rooms. But the best is food.its really fantastic!Thank you so much for this for Head Chef and all staff in the restaurant area❤ If just to improve cleaning in the rooms and customer service of some staff in reception-wont be any issues at all. Will come again for sure for a relaxing atmosphere."

"Absolutely! Here's the revised version with your additions and clarifications: --- We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The decoration and design were absolutely stunning—artistic, tasteful, and full of character. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back! "

"Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they didn’t have enough cards. Electric kettle in one room not working. Air conditioner was loud and ineffective in the other room. Agents of different services roaming around the hotel trying to sell the services and bothering the guests. staff eager and quick to demand bakhshish even from my children. We paid for all inclusive stay but were not able to book even one single meal in the restaurants as were told they were all booked. The indoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Lobby and hallways too loud for people trying to sleep list goes on and on i’m afraid "
