"Unfortunately Rixos combine 3 hotel and everyone can access each facility which makes 5000 people moving around the hotel. Long lines in aqua park, long waiting time for shuttle bus, there is not enough umbrella or even towel. You have to wait 20 min to get towel at the pool Kids activities always ..."
