"Overall is a good place to stay. The only downside is the tv kept flickering as if watching tv with antennas. The other units are probably ok. This was just my experience with my unit. "

"This was not as advertised, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, there was what looked like mold growing on the walls or they were stains where the shower room was, no hot water, the inside of the shower was stained, the curtains do not close so the outside light was always coming in. We stayed when it was cooler so we wanted to open the window and it opened maybe a quarter of an inch, unless you specifically asked for the king deluxe you won’t get a new renovated room and who knows if those rooms look like the picture. "

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay—everything from the room to the service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed by my experience with the parking information provided by the hotel staff. The hotel offers valet parking only, but there is a public parking garage located directly behind the property that provides self-parking at a slightly lower cost. During my stay, I was told—more than once—that this garage did not offer in-and-out privileges, which is not accurate. Having stayed here before, I knew this wasn’t the case and even asked directly to confirm, yet the staff continued to insist it wasn’t an option. I do expect honest and accurate information so I can make an informed choice. Aside from this issue, everything else about the stay was great—but this left a negative impression."

"All very clean, attractive room, easy parking, pool and hot tub clean and delicious to use. Tiny breakfast amenities - limited packaged pastries and coffee. Front desk staff unfailingly cheerful and quite responsive. "

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "
