"This stay was amazing the property was well maintained the staff was amazing helpful always asking how’s everything do you need anything is there anything I can do to make your stay better you don’t get that often and the price was reasonable great actually and the breakfast was amazing something for everyone chicken sausage turkey sausage eggs oatmeal pancakes waffles yogurt fresh whole fruit only thing I found is no non dairy cream for lactose intolerance people but I carry my own because this is a problem everywhere I have stayed so maybe they could at that but overall no complaints and I will definitely be staying here again loved it👍👏❤️"

"Stayed one night in a junior suite at Hilton Garden Inn North Shore and had one of the worst nights of sleep in a long time. The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were completely worn out with little to no support. I woke up with extreme lower back pain. The room’s air conditioner made things worse. It was loud and oddly placed, with the vent right next to the bed blowing directly on me all night. The bar experience didn’t help. My martini was poorly made, as well as expensive. Forty dollars for two drinks and the bartender didn’t seem to know how to prepare a Cosmopolitan, which is a pretty standard cocktail. The room layout was also odd and not particularly functional. Overall, the hotel feels very worn. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the common areas showed visible signs of neglect. The elevator almost closed on me at one point and it shook loudly. This property is in clear need of a refresh. Would not stay again."

"Not one to review stuff all that much but my one night stay deserves a review . Bad: Was able to check in early as a room was available and ready (1:00 ) yet still had to pay a fee for early check in , I know it's not just hyatt that does this but it's still absurd , if the room is ready , why charge the consumer anything ? We were given our room keys and upon opening the door to our room we stumbled on other people and their stuff laying in the room. Very embarrassing, the front desk didn't really seem to be apologetic or seem to care which is also off-putting given the circumstances . The rooms and hotel itself need a major facelift. Good : Free breakfast buffet , anytime the word free is offered it usually is good , case and point here . Free parking is also nice as well . Overall its an ok peoperty."

"The room was clean and quite spacious. The view was lovely and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and cooperative. But there were no water bottles and shampoo in my room. The hair dryer was also missing. I asked for bottles at the reception and it was provided to me. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you!"

"This hotel checked off all the boxes. Our check-in staff member “Freddie” was very friendly and helped us get checked in quickly. The room exceeded our expectations. In addition to being clean, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. That feature can be hit or miss and is very important to me. There’s a sports bar directly next to the hotel that serves excellent food. I ordered from there each night of my stay. The hotel was quiet and had an onsite laundry room which I find to be an awesome perk. Will definitely stay here in the future."
