"Overall experience was good for a short 3-day family trip. Location of hotel is perfect, close to nearby eateries and attractions. Only observations were used utensils after room service were left outside our door for 2 days before clearance. When we requested for ketchup during breakfast, it took the staff searching for awhile before giving to us."

As result, sleep quality is massively affected even for non-light sleepers like us, because soundproof was very inferior.
