We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day.
