"Excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I leftโeverything was A+! I was escorted to my spacious, exceptionally clean room. When I requested a taxi, it was waiting for me by the time I came downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again and again!"

"We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe. The property is clean but could use some updating. The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the situation. Our room 149 had great view of the grounds, beach, and bay."
