"The hotel on the whole is nice and the care taking crew are v hospitable. However I must mentioned that when I booked the hotel, there was a clause on airport transfer service at a cost of IDR450000. When I wanted to book, I was told the cost was IDR1000000. Also there was a Fine Print on the hotel website that stated that if you stay there for 3 nights, there would be a free return speedboat transfer to the Gilis.
