A beautiful stay in Penang in a historic building. I've never stayed in a place that people come to tour before! Room was nice and breakfast good. There is noise from the neighborhood, but everywhere in this area will have some noise. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Such a beautiful and historic place to stay. It felt really special. Room was big and clean, service excellent, good choice for breakfast. We had the tasting menu which was delicious. And had the pool to ourselves for a couple of hours each day. Going to miss this place!

During my stay I needed medical assistance. The staff were quick and responsive to my needs and I felt I could not have been in better hands, Thanks to Vincent, especially. I was provided with immediate care at a nearby medical clinic, all within the hospitality of the hotel. Now THAT was unexpected and I'm very grateful. The sign of a great hotel.
