"Everything in regards to the hotel itself was fantastic. The housekeepers were lovely, the female front desk staff were also lovely. I cannot say the same about the male staff member who checked us in, he wasn’t outrageously rude or anything, but definitely shouldn’t be the forefront of welcoming guests into a business. The surrounding area has a lot of sad scenes going on and unfortunately the sad scene does enter the building and participate in fentanyl in the stairwells and left their used condoms behind, but that is not relevant to the hotel itself. Once the front desk was notified of the situation they quickly had it cleaned up. The king size bed we have was probably the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool area was great as usual, although they definitely should get another sauna or steam room- I definitely recommend a travel to the seven Oaks! "

"Would have been nice to have a simple breakfast prior to checkout. A muffin, beagle fruit/juice. My checkout was at 4 :15 AM as I had an early morning flight. @ 0610 Also was disappointed that I was unable to use my 50 points towards the cost of my room, as the indication on your site led me to believe this would be possible. I DID appreciate the shuttle to the airport, at no cost. , "
