"The rooms and facilities were very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the beach. Only negative is that there is a 18% resort service charge attached to incidentals. Once you add the tip, everything get expensive fast. "

"Overall is a 4/5 stars for our family. Loved the free bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, ice for the beach and extra towels for the on-site beach access/pool. Elizabeth at breakfast and her hospitality is beyond amazing! Hotel breakfast can be hit and miss, but this hotel offers great choices of meat/eggs/waffles and milk/juice/fresh fruit!! Elizabeth keeps the waffle irons running, making your waffles for you hot and ready with minimal wait times!! It is a very short walk to Beach and very conveniently located near shopping/dining/night life, yet far enough from all the weekend/late night goers for a quiet relaxing night watching the sunset. This is a great place to stay for families, but only offers 1 king bed or 2 queen beds… for larger families, you have to get two or more rooms. I rated this a 4/5 stars because the ac was not cold and full of dust, my husband cleaned out the filter and when we moved one of the beds so that the kids didn’t fall into the 12” space between the wall and the mattress, the floor was filthy underneath. You have to ask for housekeeping services before 8am if you would like cleaning services; however they did come and clean up the filth and then some. Overall, my family was satisfied and would stay here again! "
