"My bed mattress was so soft that I woke up next day with a very serious back pain. Not good when a week of golf is following your stay at this prestigious hotel. I ask them to correct it , and they did changed the mattress promptly. Nevertheless , such a high rated hotel ( and high cost one) should not accept from their staff a badly used mattress to the point where it is ruined down. Another détail: you flush the toilet, yet it does not eliminate the paper still floating after 2-3 flushes. Hum….."

"Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market. And great spa services!"

"Lovely continental breakfast provided each day, the staff were absolutely lovely and really looked after us. It’s a beautiful Riad with traditional features but modern facilities. We had a number of Hammam and spa treatments which were excellent. Like many Riads, the roads outside are not very luxury looking but you step through the door into an oasis of luxury living. Enjoyed every moment."

"The riad is lovely and well kept. The room is nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast with local staples (msemen, batbout, amlou, Berber omelet). At check-in, Eriko took the time to share the map of the city with her personalized recommendations. A couple of days before, she reached out to check if I needed airport transportation which I thought was a nice touch. Great location in the north of the Medina, very close to the taxi drop middle school (collège) Mohamed V. I liked the nearby shops more than the ones in the souk. "
