"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. "I got really scared reading the other reviews and almost canceled. Im very happy that I didn't cancel. The place was super comfortable. I reserved a room with the kitchen. Kitchen and utensils where good. Space was awesome. Loved the decor of the whole studio. Some reviews state that theres nowhere to leave luggage, that is un true. They have a place to leave luggage very accesible. It has an elevator, place is kinda like a small maze, some stair will be inevitable but not so much. Just a couple of steps. Laundry service was awesome, download an app, pay through there, have your space reserved and done! They have a tea and spakling water faucet in this same room that is superb! Additional coffee at Rokka is amazing!"
