The family room size is great and comes with most everything you need, but everything’s just a bit rundown/dirty/old: the bedrooms have no lights except for 1 bedside lamp and room for 4-5 guests comes with a fry pan that fits 1 egg. Light in the microwave is broken, handle on dryer is gone, and bathrooms are grimed with fungus/mould; water pressure weak and temperature up/down. Parking in hotel is $25/night, but free street parking available down the street or next street over: we found out when 1 night we came back and there were no spaces left. All small things, but in combi, makes the hotel a 4/10.

We had the suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious, clean and even had a mini kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful, all the time. We also used the onsite parking, which was at a cost.

Excellent staff, easy checkin process. We had 2 bedroom apartment. Room was clean and comfortable, although slightly dated. Walking distance to Queens Park and playground for the kids. Rooftop pool was great for the kids. Lots to offer at reasonable price. Will definitely stay again.
