We liked the location, majority of the staff erre reallyhelpfulandnice to deal with. Rooms need attention - our hot water system fell off the wall, the next rooms fridge was dodgy, had s torn curtain and laminate chipping.

Pretty basic although does the job. Room was spacious, not too noisy and in a quiet area of East Perth and within walking distance to city centre. Staff were friendly and went out of my way to make sure I had what I required. Would recommend.
