Hidden gem
Great hotel with all the home comforts you require, just 5 stops to east Perth. Just 4 further stops for supermarkets. Only 2 floors let but not an issue unless you have a lift phobia. Great bars a walk down to the river.

We enjoyed our one night stay in a studio apartment. Our room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. This apartment would be an ideal base for a longer stay, having it's own laundry and kitchen facilities. The location is walking distance to many places of interest, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Nautica Residences.

At first sight excellent, however no power at all for fridge tv Wi-Fi only lights. No one seemed to know how to rectify. Several calls later and a manager in reception telling my husband he had been in our room they had not but my husband found a fuse box outside of the room and reset it. The last day no hot water
