Clean tidy and pleasant service. Nearby restaurant closed Mon and Tues. Coffee shop inside hotel not open by advertised time on both mornings we were there which was disappointing. No parking available on site but noticed staff park their cars out front over night while guests park down the street and have to walk back to hotel (in the rain!)

Nice little place, nice room and nice staff. Took advantage of the free laundry facilities. Only negative was the small on site restaurant was closed during our stay and there isn’t another restaurant close by. Otherwise a fine place to stay.

Good stay
A 10 minute walk from the centre and shops, but has an off licence next door and cafe on site. Free laundry, but some people monopolise all machines and driers. Good kitchen facilities … some rooms have cookers, others just a job. Good value overall for the city. Kings Park behind.
