Staff were friendly and helpful. The on site parking is great. Near to city where all the amenities are. Unfortunately, the property is old and it is long due for overhaul. Room had stale smell and furnishings were old.

Easy access across a foot bridge to the city core. King’s Park is close by. Busy cafe on site. Would be good if a “rules/policies” of the property were posted on rooms. For example, how many days between towel changes?

Great location, very friendly staff and comfortable room! Was back in Perth for 2 weeks holiday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely recommend to visitors, especially if you want to be close to the city and river.

Excellent location and reasonably priced. Great Cafe for coffee , breakfast and lunch. Bathroom is dated , bed too hard for my liking and rooms at the front near the cafe are quite noisey from early morning. Also wifi was terrible and I couldn't get it in my room at all but overall I enjoyed my stay as it is in a beautiful quiet and safe location. A short walk to the city in one direction and Kings park 100 metres in the other direction. I paid $120 per night and for that price it was fine and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Renovated with a touch of boutique while the old structure is still recognisable. The location is superb. It is close to the freeway so noise can be an issue. The in house breakfast/brunch cafe is excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Forget about using the cafe below. It’s always full and I was not happy with the service. Maybe they should consider doing room service given the demand? Room was adequate and good value for money. Irregular housekeeping.

The room had an overwhelming odour of oil based paint that was very unpleasant.
