Read mixed reviews so had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and great value. Roomy 90s style apartment offered plenty of space for our family of 5. Convenient and free parking and some good dining nearby. We checked in after 3pm at the convenience store and lady was very helpful.

This place is always convenient to stay at. It isn’t expensive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking can be a problem as there aren’t that many bays available to those staying there. Check in is also interesting as the front desk is open until 3pm and check in doesn’t start until 2pm. They have always been good if we have arrived late and leave the keys and instructions for pick up. Overall, a good place to stay

We were locked out of our room due to an error in our electronic card. We tried ringing every phone number we could find and no one answered or it was user busy. Eventually, after considerable time, managed to get the door open. We had planned on a full day excursion our the next day but had to change our plans as there was a nasty note with our cards saying we would be charged extra and locked out of our rooms if we didn’t report to reception between 9am and noon the next day. As they did not answer their phone numbers I couldn’t call them to organise a security deposit over the phone. When I spoke to reception the next day the lady had no empathy or people skills whatsoever. Rather than apologise or try to sort out the situation she blamed me for not fully reading the terms and conditions and suggested several times she check us out and we find another hotel. I read the terms and conditions later and found a statement that says they do not answer private numbers, however, in the poster in the hotel (I have a photo) of the after hours emergency number, there is no mention of this. In addition the wifi needed the router restarted so we were unable to email. In addition the oven on switch was broken. We mentioned this, they said it would be fixed. It immediately broke again as soon as I turned the dial. There was no washing powder for the washing machine and I was told I should go and buy some. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

I've stayed pretty much everywhere in Perth but would have to say the service I got from the Lovley staff member that checked me in was amazing she was super friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home. If I could afford it this would be my number one place to book 10/10

Nice place walking distance to the city center. close to shops for a quick meal. What made it for me was the location, and the convenience with the free bus located just few steps left of the hotel. The price was reasonable. Nice place would stay there again. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Free parking was a bonus and a draw card for me. You will need to get there early as it does fill up on certain nights. Overall, we managed to find parking spots the three nights we stayed there.

This property has restricted check in hours - only one hour a day! Didn’t get into Perth until late and as reception was closed, could not fill in the ‘required registration form’ (even though the booking was booked, confirmed and paid in full. As a result, the following day, the key cards were cancelled so could not access the car park or my room and my belongings until I had signed a piece of paper! As for the room, the taps dripped, the walls are paper thin, the bathroom was mouldy, the bathroom tap had to be turned about 5 times to get water and the elevators ‘down’ button didn’t work. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else but here.

I did not get to stay at the property and had to book another hotel. I also lost my money on the booking. This is because they closed at 3pm and I wasn't due in from Darwin until 8om that night. After hours check-in fee would have costed more than the room itself. No indication of this on the Site. A last minute text which I did not see until after the 3pm hotel closure for the day. And told about the late check in and fee etc. 3pm in WA was 1.30pm NT time. Bad experience, will never book there again

Whilst this is great value for money there we're a few issues with our latest stay. 1, the security gate and door for after hours entry was left open most nights. I discovered the closing spring was broken off. 2. The Wifi was poor. 3. The televisions need updating as they would not pick up HD channels and are outdated. 4. Our microwave did not work. I could not bring these issues to staff as the desk was not attended all day. Price and location are excellent and I will stay there again.

Liked the position of the property. I liked the swimming pool, though I didn't get to use it. Facilities were good. Helpful staff. Didn't like the smells in the apartment nor in the corridors. They did help with the room smell very quickly. The room was very noisy, I didn't know what it was. Air conditioning or something, though it wasn't switched on I believe. Great value for money though and I would book again.
