"Breakfast & the location was great, we had to cancel the reservations because there wasn’t any heat. The weather was cold and rainy, cold air came inside the room from the door & bathroom window which didn’t seal/close properly. Large black spider visited us & we had to report no hot water… maintenance came ran water for >5minutes, ran sink & shower & flushed toilet to make water lukewarm. "Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to...

"Good location for tourists because it's closed to the center of tourist area. However, the street outside is too narrow, the bar is noisy at night outside the hotel. Once you are in the room, no problem. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful."
