"The Hotel lost power for several hours, not their fault, the whole area was out for several hrs. The FDM on duty did at good job at keeping us informed as we gathered our valuables and hung out in the lobby where I knew there would be some light (generator) until the electricity came back on. However, the TV never was operable after the power outage. We were told it was a bigger problem and there was nothing that they could do to remedy the situation. We will stay here again, great location to Grayton Casino and an easy drive to River Rock Casino. "

Special recognition: Theophile - he made our stay extra comfortable by suggesting the best place to park, warning us about the parking fee and passing us a parking pass to a small lot near the hotel. He also later brought an extra blanket when the night was colder than anticipated. These elements are not something you can advertise— but they make all the difference. "
