It was a poor experience from the beds nearly unsleepable, construction being done , bags of linen and cleaning products outside the lifts you have to manoeuvre past.     "It was my first visit to The Porter House and I was generally happy with my stay. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, which they were able to accommodate.
