Everything was luxurious, very clean. Employees are proud to work in this Hotel and you feel that. Everything worked perfectly. Also transfers etc, done by Maurijet and organized by the Hotel. "We’ve stayed at dozens of luxury hotels all over the world, and the Lux Grand Gaube is up there towards the very top of the list. The hotel design is jawdroppingly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is 1st class- excellent variety and quality of dining options. Plenty of tasty veggie food. The live cooking stations are at the top of their game. The beach is spotless, plenty of spaces to relax, clear water, plenty of water activities are included. "

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...
