Shower temperature was lukewarm and the pressure was subpar. Plastic cups and paper cups instead of real glasses seemed wasteful as well and a lower level of taste than I would have expected. Daily housekeeping should be a given with the OPTION of waiving. I always waive but I've paid for the CHOICE.

The hotel tries but falls short. There was no conditioner in my room. i had to ask for daily service and when I had requested that a key be made for the other person staying with me the night before and written out her name there was some miscommunication and she ended up having to wait in the lobby unnecessarily before our conference. The bathroom also has a very distinct smell near the toilet that I couldn’t get over. It’s a decent hotel but definitely could use work in making it great

Great place to stay, close to everything in downtown Philly. Right off Broad St. In walking distance to all the popular attractions. Beware that there in NO free parking. Valet parking is 66.00 a night or you can park up the street in public parking for 33.00 a day.
