Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot"

Recommend having the breakfast there too. Everything is within walking distance, and trams will take you anywhere else you want to go. Always can get an Uber quickly as well.
