"The staff, while doing our check-in at 11pm at night, were wonderful. Do friendly and helpful. The male staff member we spoke to the next morning to make we had checked out correctly, refused to look me in the eye. Would only look at my husband even when I smiled and tried to speak to him. Happened again with male morning staff when we stayed in their Ibis wing a week later. Unfortunately, our room was on the back wall of the Lifts. We were exhausted checking in at 11pm and found we then couldn't sleep for Lift noise. I thought it was because of the late night check in (first come, best served), but we got stuck next to Lifts a week later in the adjoining Ibis. So, I guess these are the cheap rooms for Expedia bookings. The mattress was hard. The breakfast was astounding! Well done on the breakfast, cleanliness, female staff, room decor and presentation."

"Great location opposite Urbansurf and excellent shuttle service from airport. Only had to wait a few minutes for pickup and drop off."

"The free airport shuttle was efficient and easy to navigate, the hotel staff were friendly and polite. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A couple of complimentary bottles of water would have been appreciated, most hotels seem to provide this as a basic option."

"Parking is secure, but the only issue that we had was parking on 1A and 2A getting our luggage up to the elevators. There are stairs. I would recommend that guests get their luggage out or load luggage on the first floor in the bays intended for registration. Our room was GREAT! It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet! Not sure how we rated a room on the 17th floor, but oh what a view! Thanks to the staff for meeting all of our needs!"

"The room was very clean and tidy. The location is fantastic. Lots of eateries within walking distance and tje a wide variety of choice. Staff were very friendly. "

"The property was nice and clean and check in was a breeze. They have a food van out the front which was so convenient for breakfast and a coffee the only thing was the bed was a bit hard for me but may suit someone else but overall was great."
