Dear our valued guest, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel, unfortunately we are not happy to hear that our staffs are not knowledgeable. This word really affected to our staffs who just cannot speak good English. However, we still have Chamrong as you mentioned who can helped you everything as your personal butler and for 24 hours. We have Chef, Driver, Housekeeper and Security stand by for you for 24 hours but you are still not happy and said wrongly in this review. For X-Box, we cannot install in every room, so you can request us and then we will install it for you. Our hotel is just around 100 meters from the main boulevard, called Russian Confederation Boulevard which is the main road from the airport to the most attractive places. However, I agreed with you that Tuk Tuk Drivers cannot find our place easily as our hotel is new and most of drivers are from the province, they are not very familiar in using Google Map or Map, that is why we gave you our hotel map and phone number, so that they could call our front office and we could tell them where we are. Plus, next time, if you come, we recommend you to use our cars or tuktuk service, it will be the best and the price is very reasonable. Last but not least, we do hope you understand us and hope you will give us one more opportunity to serve you again with a very special attention. Wish you all the best. Mane KEY Owner
