The check in was fast and friendly. They gave us water, which was very appreciated. There is a small area behind the counter that offers cold drinks and snacks for purchase, saving you a trip to the Circle K. The suite’s layout was great. We were able to have privacy while sharing the room and have our own bedtimes. Our room was facing the freeway, so there was traffic noise, so maybe double paned windows would help; we did appreciate the convenience of being close to the freeway, so this wasn’t a dealbreaker. A great place to stay.

The floors were so dirty that our baby couldn’t even walk around on the carpet without socks. The first day we were there his feet were solid black with dirt from the carpet. Everything else was dirty as well plus, very uncomfortable furniture.

I was unhappy with the room the closest door was off the rail, the couch was uncomfortable to sit on and no tissue paper and only 1 small roll of toilet paper. Other than that the staff at the front desk were courteous and professional.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Newer area of west Phoenix, convenient to I-10. Just a quick overnight stay, but we did sit around the (heated) pool for a bit. Clean room, comfortable bed, split bathroom is a plus. Some areas showing wear (couch, chair, pool area gates). We will stay again.

DUST, PILLS, AND SPIDER WEBS! These were all things we found during our 1 night stay. Dust on the ceiling, curtains, curtain rods, ceiling corners, and even up the walls! Left over hair accessories from previous persons stay. Stains all over the curtains as well.This shows that sanitation and cleaning wasn't done properly.

Not the best Hilton property
This property is not the best Hilton property I've ever stayed at, but the customer service is immaculate. We were driving into town really late and I called to let them know well in advance (also previously added a 'Late Arrival' comment on the reservation). From the front desk rep that I spoke to on the phone and then in person upon arrival, to the rep that I interacted with the next morning, everyone was so pleasant and genuinely nice. The customer service was more than enough to make up for the 'less than wow room' decor and sub-par cleanliness of the dishes in the full size kitchen or the corners of the bathroom. I personally wouldn't stay here again but I did appreciate the hospitality.

Homewood suits is usually one of our favorites for the family, but this hotel was underwhelming and seemed to need maintenance to upkeep the property
