"Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Everything work shower. The air conditioning bed was made every day clean towels were always put in my room. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The breakfast staff was the best. The food quality was outstanding. The receiving staff were tremendously excellent and the little boss lady who handled the financial exchanges was very accommodating, kind, and understanding I’ve been here three times and looking forward to my fourth fifth and so long a big shout out to the front desk clerk on HAN and the chef my name is Rodney and I had a great time."
